In-person procedures

Citizens are encouraged to follow protocols established in response to COVID-19.  If you have not received the vaccine, you are encouraged to find a convenient location at www.vaccinate.virginia.gov.

Citizens wishing to speak in-person during Citizens' Time or at an upcoming scheduled public hearing can register to do so in advance by clicking the applicable link below Version OptionsBoard of Supervisors Upcoming and Archived MeetingsHeadline Version OptionsBoard of Supervisors Upcoming and Archived MeetingsHeadline. The deadline for registering 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the meeting. Speakers will be called based on the order registered through the link provided. Citizens who have not registered but wish to speak will be allowed to do so if time allows, after the registered speakers have been called.
