The Director of Planning has the legal authority to make
subdivision and zoning interpretations (PDF) of the Subdivision Ordinance (Chapter 25) and the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 26). In addition, a supplement to the Zoning Ordinance is available, which provides
illustrations (PDF) to assist the public in understanding and applying certain regulations, such as lighting, buffers, parking lot landscaping, and signage.
