We pay 100% of your basic life insurance for full-time benefit eligible employees, which is two times your salary for a natural death or four times your salary for an accidental death. Basic life insurance is provided by VRS through Securian Life Insurance Company.

Optional Life insurance is available for all VRS full-time employees. This benefit allows employees to cover themselves and/or dependents for additional insurance.
